Adventure001 Ireland booking, aviation and experience terms.

Key Terms Summary

All purchases with Adventure001 are for monetary credit only, not a guaranteed flight or experience. Credit can be used towards available experiences. Prices may change and a top-up may be required. Credit is valid in line with Competition and Consumer Protection Commission guidance. Bookings are subject to availability, weather and operational requirements. Credit is non-refundable but transferable.

Credit-Based System

  • All purchases are issued as monetary credit.
  • Credit does not guarantee:
    • Flight, aircraft, route, location, date or time
    • Seat type or duration
  • Credit may be redeemed against available experiences at time of booking.
  • Adventure001 operates a dynamic pricing model. Prices may change over time. Where the selected experience exceeds available credit, the difference must be paid.
  • Credit is valid for 5 years from date of purchase.
  • Credit is transferable.
  • Credit is non-refundable except where required by law.

Aviation Terms & Conditions

I. Flight Operations

  • All flight times, durations, distances and routes are approximate.
  • Flights are expected to depart within one hour of scheduled time.
  • Delays of up to two hours due to weather, aircraft serviceability or operational reasons are considered reasonable.
  • If delays exceed two hours, the experience may be postponed.
  • Adventure001 may adjust flight schedules, passenger allocation and seating for operational efficiency. Where a paid optional upgrade cannot be delivered, a refund for that upgrade will be provided.
  • Flight time is calculated from engine start to engine stop.
  • Flights may operate on any day of the week. Weekend dates are not guaranteed.

II. Availability, Weather & Operational Changes

  • Flights are subject to weather, aircraft serviceability, airspace restrictions, and operational requirements.
  • Flights may be delayed, altered or cancelled at short notice.
  • Adventure001 shall not be liable for indirect losses except where required by law.
  • If an experience changes or pricing has changed, any difference must be paid.
  • If a flight cannot proceed, credit remains valid.
  • Routes, aircraft and locations are not guaranteed.

III. Event Viability

  • Events may be postponed due to insufficient participants.
  • Shared flights may include other passengers.
  • Valid ID may be required.

IV. Age Restrictions

  • Minimum ages apply.
  • Children must be accompanied where required.

V. Weight & Safety Requirements

  • Strict weight limits apply.
  • Passengers must provide accurate weight.
  • Passengers may be weighed.
  • If limits exceeded, participation may be refused.
  • Safety decisions are final.

VI. Postponements & Credit Handling

  • If postponed, credit remains valid.
  • Repeated postponements may result in rebooking or refund where required by law.
  • Upgrades are non-refundable once scheduled.

VII. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must arrive on time and provide accurate information.
  • Failure to attend may result in booking being treated as used.

VIII. Health & Fitness

  • Participants must be in suitable health and able to safely board and exit aircraft.

IX. Behaviour & Safety

  • Zero tolerance policy applies.
  • Passengers may be refused for unsafe behaviour or substance use.

X. Booking Changes & No-Shows

  • Changes require 7 days notice unless flexible booking applies.
  • No-shows may result in loss of booking.

XI. Credit Management

  • Customers must manage and use credit within validity.
  • Extensions may be offered at a fee.

XII. Liability

  • Adventure001 is not liable except where negligent.

XIII. Personal Property & Photography

  • Items carried at own risk.
  • Restrictions may apply.
  • Photography may be used for promotion.

XIV. Locations & Scheduling

  • Locations may change.
  • Preferred dates not guaranteed.

XV. Fuel & Exceptional Costs

  • Surcharges may apply in exceptional circumstances.

XVI. Damage

  • Customers liable for damage caused.

XVII. Event Status & Communication

  • Updates provided via account or email.
